12:00am – 12:30pm (12 hours, 30 minutes)
Time Zone: Mountain

Vicarious trauma affects teachers' brains in much the same way that it affects their students. Many teachers are never explicitly taught how to help students who have experienced trauma, let alone address the toll it takes on their own health and personal lives. Learn strategies for supporting self and staff in ways that decrease burnout, improve camaraderie, and increase job satisfaction.
