The Virginia Department of Criminal Justice Services is partnering with Dr. John More, CEO of Response Law, LLC, to offer this opportunity. Dr. More will provide a comprehensive look at defining legal roles and authority in the K-12 and higher education setting, while adhering to legal standards. Topics to be addressed include legal backdrop, strategies for taking control, physical seating arrangements and strategy, approach techniques, verbal tactics to take control, and more.

Target Audience: This training is being offered at no cost to K-12 school administrators, teachers, higher education staff, school and campus security officers, school resource officers, and campus police officers.
