Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) Presentations

Pacific Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) Center

The Pacific ADA Center offers webinars on a variety of subjects under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). They offer webinars on ADA topics individually or in a series and can create customized webinars and trainings for your campus or group upon request. Archived webinars are available on the ADA Presentations website. All webinars offered have real-time closed captioning for persons who are hearing impaired. The webinars are accessible to people with vision disabilities by using screen readers. The webinar system is also accessible to people with mobility/dexterity impairments who use keyboard commands instead of mouse clicks. This is a resource for emergency management/preparedness related disability issues including evacuation, shelters, lessons learned, best practices, communication, etc.

The National Center for Campus Public Safety website is funded through cooperative agreement 2013-MU-BX-K011 from the Bureau of Justice Assistance, Office of Justice Programs, U.S. Department of Justice.
