SAMHSA Tribal Training and Technical Assistance Center

Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA)

The Tribal Training and Technical Assistance Center provides training and technical assistance (TTA) on mental and substance use disorders, suicide prevention, and the promotion of mental health. They offer broad, focused, and intensive TTA to federally recognized tribes, other American Indian/Alaska Native (AI/AN) communities, SAMHSA tribal grantees, and organizations serving Indian Country. The Tribal TTA Center uses a culturally relevant, evidence-based, holistic approach to support Native communities in their self-determination efforts through infrastructure development and capacity building, as well as program planning and implementation.

The National Center for Campus Public Safety website is funded through cooperative agreement 2013-MU-BX-K011 from the Bureau of Justice Assistance, Office of Justice Programs, U.S. Department of Justice. Neither the U.S. Department of Justice nor any of its components operate, control, are responsible for, or necessarily endorse, this website (including, without limitation, its content, technical infrastructure, and policies, and any services or tools provided).
